Standing behind our reputation before and after
the sale |

The Yamaha reputation for integrity is not limited
to the way we design and build our pianos. It also
reflects a proven willingness to stand behind our
products, from helping you make an informed
purchasing decision to providing reliable
after-sales support.
Our extensive network of Yamaha piano dealers is
staffed with knowledgeable personnel, who will take
the time to help you choose the piano that's right
for you. They can also recommend qualified
technicians to help you care for your piano.
The importance of regular maintenance

Any acoustic piano requires regular tuning and
maintenance to deliver optimal performance. And even
the best-made may occasionally require attention
over decades and generations of use. A skilled piano
technician can help you get the most pleasure from
your musical investment, and help to ensure a long
and trouble-free life for the instrument. That's why
Yamaha has taken the unusual step of establishing
our own dedicated technical academy.
|
A unique training facility ensures uncommonly
competent service |

The Yamaha Piano Technical Academy was founded in
1980 to pass on the expertise of experienced Yamaha
technicians to succeeding generations. The only
school of its type in the world today, it is one key
to Yamaha's global reputation for superior service
and support.
Professional piano technicians from around the
world—employed or recommended by Yamaha dealers and
distributors—come to the academy to upgrade their
tuning, adjustment and repair skills, and to advance
their knowledge of the fundamental characteristics
and complexities of these sophisticated acoustic
instruments.
The skills they hone at the academy ensure
pianists and piano owners of the highest standards
of professionalism for service and regular
maintenance, and enhance the sound of Yamaha and
other pianos worldwide. |
